Unmet Need

Long queues during lunch peak hours are a problem faced by almost all NTU students and staff. Even though all of us wants to avoid the queue, many are restricted by the timetable eat something between lunch hours.

The current situation is clear. There is a severe over demand for food during lunch peak hours as the demand are just too high. A typical wait will be between 10-15 mins before a student can get their food.
